A non-refundable deposit and a completed contract is required at time of booking. This will reserve and secure your session date/time. Your session fee will cover the time/expertise of the photographer, along with this the time taken to professionally edit your session images, and create your gallery. You will be invited back to the studio 2-3 weeks after your session to close your images from one of the collections. Minimum spends apply.

In an illness or emergency circumstance prevents you from attending your scheduled session you may reschedule your session if at least 24 hours notice has been given without penalty. If client should fail to give at least 24 hours notice or decide to completely cancel the shoot, your deposit will be forfieted and will not be refunded.
Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness or emergency circumstances. In the unlikely event that this occurs, photographer will make every effort to reschedule your session. If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded to you. 



During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the above cancellation policy is not applicable. If any party, at any time prior to the session is poorly please get in touch at any time to rearrange your session. If rescheduling is not possible then deposits will be returned in full.

If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the subsequent amount of time above the 15 minutes grace period will be deducted from the agreed session time.
Your images will be available for you to view and purchase at your ordering session. Some items are available to take home with you at this time. Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales for prints and digital images which are taken away with you on the day are final, and non-refundable.

Print and product orders will be placed after your session, to a professional printing company, again, due to the custom nature of these items they are non refundable. They will be available within 20 business days, any delays will be discussed with you directly. The Photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits or products upon delivery direct to the client, and recommends studio pick up to ensure quality standards are met. Client assumes responsibility for the safety of the products upon reciept. Photographer will archive session photos for 12 months.

Photographer requests that client sign a model release form, giving photographer unrestricted rights to use and publish clients photographs for any purpose. This could include promotion, advertising, portfolio display etc. Client releases and discharges photographer from any and all rights in connection with the use of the photographs taken.

Your studio retains all copyright to images taken during clients session. A print release will be given with any digital files included in your package, or purchased separately to allow the client to print portraits for personnal use. Copying, scanning, downloading, printing, sharing, or altering any image during your photo session is strictly forbidden without photographers permission.

In the unlikely even of injury, photographer shall not be liable for any injury to client or any participating parties, during the session or immediately following the event. Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any parties, save for where such injury arises as a result of gross negligence. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

If either party to this contract brings legal action against the other party to this contract. to dispute the specific performance of this contract, collect damages for breech of contract, or otherwise enforce or interpret this contract, the prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs, premiums for bonds, fees, and any other expenses expended or incurred in the action in addition to any other relief that may be rewarded.
